IMPORTANT REMINDERS

I. TIMELINE:

October 5 – deadline of team down payment of 25,000.00 Php (non-refundable) and initial roster

October 30 – deadline of final rosters AND individual reg fee (minimum 16 players)

November 15 – REGISTRATION NIGHT: Submission of waivers and claiming of kits

November 16, 17, 18 – game proper

In lieu of a captains meeting on Nov 15 (Thursday night), an online captains’ meeting will be held one weeks before the event. Seeding, schedule and other matters relating to the tournament will be discussed then.

II. REGISTRATION FEES:

P3,700 for PFDA members
P4,000 for non-PFDA members

Player Fees will include 3 days of game at Alabang Country Club, tournament kit (tournament disc, tournament bag, tournament shirt, freebies), lunch (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), Registration Party (Thursday Night), Saturday Theme Party, Sunday Party.

*** Changes will still be accepted after the deadline on November 9.
